These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by FlipClock.nl (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘FlipClock.nl’). If you have any questions regarding us, our goods or an order that you have placed, please email email@example.com.
Acceptance of terms
By using flipclock.nl you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. No contract exists between you and FlipClock.nl for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and we send you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given. Once we have done so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
These terms and conditions (together with the documents referred to in them) tell you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the Products to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
FlipClock.nl reserves the right to update its terms and conditions from time to time.
Description and price of the goods
All products on our website are subject to availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available in stock within 60 days from the date of receipt of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods. All prices are sold as being ‘margin/second hand goods’, this means that we charge no tax. The price mentioned on our site is the end price of the product, without the shipping cost.
FlipClock.nl uses PayPal or international bank transfer to process payments. Paypal is independent and will never disclose your payment details to us. Any payment details provided by you on our site are encrypted and transferred to PayPal using a certified secure connection. You can also choose to remit your payment to our bank account through an (international) bank transfer, our bank details are disclosed to you in your order acknowledgement
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. For delivery outside the Netherlands, you will be responsible for obtaining all necessary licences and complying with all applicable legislation and regulations in relation to the export of goods from the Netherlands and the importation into your destination country. You will also be responsible for the payment of any applicable import duties and taxes but we may be able to advise you as to the likely costs.
In practice, the above usually does not entail much work or cost, but there are some countries (for example Switzerland) where you might be liable to pay import duties.
FlipClock.nl aims to ship goods that are kept in stock within 5 working days after having received your payment. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods.
You will become the owner of the goods you ordered once we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges. You will be responsible for risk of loss of or damage to the goods from the time of delivery.
Cancellation and returns
If you wish to cancel an order before the goods are despatched, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can return goods for a full refund of the paid price of the items at any time up to seven working days after the day you received our order by informing us in writing at email@example.com. You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days to the same account used to pay for your purchase.
If your goods are faulty or incorrect, you must let us know in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them. Only in the case of faulty or incorrect goods will we be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
All clocks supplied by FlipClock.nl are warranted free from defects for 3 months from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify us in writing, for the attention of Robert Jagers at email@example.com
We do not store financial details. Personal information supplied to us is confidential and will never be made available to a third party.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
We will only use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless you agree otherwise. You can correct any information about you, or ask for information about you to be deleted, by giving written notice to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event of the normal course of processing of the goods or performance being prevented, interrupted, hindered or delayed by any cause whatsoever beyond our control, we shall have the option without incurring liability to you, to defer the date of delivery.
All worldwide intellectual property including any copyright, registered or unregistered design rights in and relating to the goods including any blueprints, designs, drawings, illustrations specifications and instructions prepared by us in connection with the order shall vest in us unless set out by express agreement in writing.
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to Dutch law, and the Dutch courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
